It is a shame that we have reached to a position in this country where the ease and convenience of a few lakh people is more important that the law.
You people are busy implementing the MPD2021 without seeing the future of it.
What about someone who lives on a mixed land road and has bought the house long time back and does not want to use it for commercial purpose. The result of commercialization is that people park their cars infront of residences and go away. Someone has to move his/her car our, you are stuck up for hours and are on their mercy. It is a shame. Shame on DDA and shame of this court who has decided implement this MPD2021. Politicians are vote bank people. They do everything for money. So they came out with this MPD to get votes. Why does DDA and Supreme Court do this? This country is going for a disaster and trust me each of you...each official is responsible for it...SHAME

Mr. Aditya, Please think before you write. When you say shame on the court which implemented it? It is clearly criminal contempt of court.
I suggest you remove this post immd, least someone should report it.

Hello,
I wanted to know if there's any final word from the authorities on the subject of carrying out constructions on an independent floor without the NOC of occupants of that building?
I'm actually the victim of such an incident where in people are misusing the lack of clarity on this subject and hence not allowing others to live happily.
Please help and clarify if can, and let me know if there are any steps I can take to build a floor (i have a second floor with roof rights) if my ground floor neighbor are causing hindrance..?
